About Us

North West Telugu Sangam (NWTS ) is the telugu organisation founded in 2012 for Telugus of UK, which is a non-profit organization. NWTS mission is to identify and address social, cultural and educational needs of North West UK Telugu Community in particular and Telugu people in general. NWTS aims to perpetuate, integrate, and assimilate the cultural heritage of the Telugu-speaking people into the mainstream of UK. Telugu and Indian ethnic organizations around the world look up to NWTS as a pioneer and role model for its various innovations in promoting culture and serving the community.

NWTS working on the following objectives:
To promote mother tongue Telugu language in the foreign land.
To inculcate Telugu tradition in the younger generation.
To introduce Telugu culture and to make them participate in the cultural activities.
To introduce the unique beauty of Telugu literature.
To broaden their understand and knowledge
To make them and learn about their heritage.
To make them known about Telugu festivals and their significance.
To bring harmony in the society.
For overall community development and their welfare.
